Crow Butte Beef Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pounds Crow Butte ground beef

1 large egg

1 slice of bread torn in pieces

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 Tablespoons ketchup

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl and using your hands, mix ground beef with bread, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.

2. Form mixture into a loaf and place in a glass baking dish.

3. Squirt a little ketchup on top of loaf.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour at least.

5. Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes.

6. Slice and ENJOY!!
