INGREDIENTS:
1 pound Crow Butte ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs or oatmeal
1/2 cup milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup Ketchup
1/3 cup sugar
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon vinegar
dash of pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix ground beef, oatmeal (or breadcrumbs), milk and onion together in a large bowl.
2. Form into three-inch balls.
3. Place balls in baking dish.
4. In a medium bowl mix Ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, vinegar and pepper together. Pour over meatballs.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
