Crock Pot Swiss Steak

INGREDIENTS:

4 twelve ounce Crow Butte Beef sirloin steaks

1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes

1/2 large onion; sliced

1 15 ounce can beef broth

1 tsp black pepper

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the sirloin steaks on the bottom of the crock pot.

2. Place sliced onions on top of the steaks.

3. Cover with diced tomatoes and beef broth.

4. Sprinkle pepper over top.

5. Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.

6. Serve with mashed potatoes!
